- All digital products (eBooks, journals, printables, workbooks) are delivered instantly via email or download link.
- No physical shipping is required.
- Print-on-Demand & Physical Items
- All physical products are made to order through our print partners (Printify, Lulu, etc.).
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
- Once processed, shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method:
- Standard shipping: 5–14 business days
- Expedited shipping: 3–7 business days
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

- Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos (for damaged items) or order information.
- We will work with the print provider to issue a replacement.
